About the Job

Working together with SME’s, Academy, COPS in developing/designing online trainings to be hosted on our LMS for all SQS employees. Creation of the material will be done using the E-learning design tool Articulate.

Acquire existing (paper based) training material
Discussing the setup of the online training with SME’s and team
Designing and developing new E-learning material using Articulate
Work with other content developers to develop improved processes, tooling, and quality assurance testing as needed

Job Roles: Engineering - Telecom/Technology IT/Software Development Training/Instructor

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Multimedia design or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Good communication skills, communicating effectively with appropriate level of detail, able to drill down in questioning to acquire additional information
Shows genuine interest in the business and clients, understands how their processes are important to SQS employees
Professional attitude, experience in treating stakeholders with respect and dignity
Open to the possibility of change and considers ways to implement and adapt any changes in own role
Has experienced and/or a clear view on E-learning strategies
Experienced in Articulate is preferable
