DYNINNO Egypt started its operations in Cairo in mid-2019 and has rapidly grown to 50 employees with plans to grow to over 130 qualified Travel Consultants in 2021.

Our friendly, energetic and ambitious team is currently looking for a key member, PR & Internal Communications, to play an integral part in the development of our existing facility and to set a new benchmark on the market.

Responsibilities 

  • Building internal communications in the local office, using 360 degrees tools (emails, messenger, POS, corporate TV, potentially intranet)
  • Building HR brand on the local market
  • Managing adaptation and motivation program in local office
  • Internal event management
  • External HR brand event and partnership management
  • Control over local job reviews pages of the companies
  • Update of career and job opportunities page of the local market
  • Coordination with design team and copywriters
  • Coordination with HQ and other local offices
  • Control over language localization of communication materials
  • Copywriting
  • Management of the local CSR program 

 

Job Requirements

Our requirements:

  • More than 3 years in corporate or internal communications
  • Experience in HR brand building
  • Experience in creating or managing adaptation and motivation programs 
  • Experience in event management
  • Experience in merchandising materials production
  • Experience in management of CSR program 
  • Experience in job reviews sites management 
  • Knowledge of 360 degrees communications
  • Knowledge of visual editors
  • Knowledge of local market employer brand specific sides 
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • English - fluent
