Job Description
Main Duties:
- Prospecting and converting leads and opportunities to sales orders
- Managing the sales cycle and building client relationships
- Determine all customer needs, business goals and objectives
- Matching company solutions to client needs
- Providing functional demonstrations to clients
- Prepare and provide documented responses to RFIs and RFQs
- Closing sales by persuading the customer through standard proposals and demonstrations of our solution
- Working side by side with implementation and after sales team
- Ability to create forecasting, market research, SWOT analysis, Marketing Plan, opportunity analysis.
- Measuring and delivering marketing performance.
Job Requirements
- ERP sales experience more than 3 years
- Bachelor degree (preferred in Engineering)
- Speaking fluently English
- Business, Marketing, IT, Manufacturing, and Management knowledge
- Dynamic, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized.
- Able to work in a startup fast paced environment
- Insatiable curiosity to solve clients’ business problems
- Understanding the Open Source model
- Have Communication, Presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Very good team work player
