Job Description
- Responsible for handling the inbound and outbound sales and non-sales calls (Mostly outbound to interested potential clients or existing clients).
- Explain new/existing projects of their interest and setting appointments with the customers in Company's branches.
- Follow up on leads received through the different sales channels.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Meeting clients and finding solutions for their problems.
- Handling Branches Customer Service requests.
- Handling complaints/inquires and financial requests and reporting them to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a Client Facing role. (Customer Service, Client Relations, ...)
- Excellent English language is a must
- Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills
