About the Job
Set the department strategy, action plan and job descriptions.
Maintaining statistical and financial records in addition to managing budgets.
Responsible for managing the team, developing, planning, recruitment, organizing incentives as long as communicating with the sales and marketing departments to accomplish specific objectives.
Trace daily department’s operation and monitoring the achieved numbers through calculating the materialized requests, and finally comparing actual numbers with received monthly report from the accounting department.
Provide high standards of ongoing training for the team so that they possess sufficient knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
Provide and design Travel products on regular basis.
Meeting regularly with team members to provide them with the sales figures and plan how they approach their work.
