Job Description

  • familiar with recruitment funcations.
  • Prepare periodic reports to evaluate the recruitment performance.
  • Facilitate daily HR functions like maintain update personal information on company HR software system.
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new employees to include maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files
  • Handle the social insurance for staff;
  • Handles employee relations ,labor office relations and social insurance
  • Oversee the monthly payroll , attendance and vacation

Job Requirements

  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Hard work and good attitude
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient with computer usage, word, excels and power point.
  • At least 1 year experience
