Job Description

  • Managing communications director’s calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Conduct administrative and personal errands to ministries, public entities and commercial outlets
  • Organizing personal and corporate events on behalf of communications director
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Conducting desktop research
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Job sometimes requires traveling for administrative work
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary between personal and corporate requests to the manager’s remit

Job Requirements

  • Good English proficiency
  • Good Microsoft Office proficiency especially Excel
  • Flexible attitude and timing schedule
  • No mobility limitation when errands and travel are required
