Job Description
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
- Receive all the company’s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate persons.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
- Assist in other administration responsibilities as required.
- Workings Hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), Friday and Saturday are off.
Job Requirements

- Has Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-2 years-experience (preferable).
- Has high sense of responsibility.
- Good at English.
- Good Computer skills.
- Good at Microsoft office (preferable).
