Job Description
- Monitor customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System.
- Documenting and organizing existing standard operating processes.
- Learning multiple job functions within assigned team.
- Facilitating customer calls and updates.
- Managing reconciliation of daily reports.
- Accounting the paperwork and managing reconciliation of shipments delivery bills and the client's.
- Reporting daily to the head office in MI, USA.
- 8 hrs, 5 working days, 2 days off.
- Officials holidays in Egypt and USA are not allowed.
- Career major: (Dispatching, Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinating, all over the phone and email).
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (Business , Information or Commerce only).
- Fluent speaker of the American Accent.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to an ambiguous and changing environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Outlook experience preferred
- Excel experience preferred
- Maximum age: 28 and East Cairo Only.
