Job Description

  • Coordinates and monitors office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis
  • Meet and great office visitors
  • Monitors office procedures and resolves problems through collaboration and implement changes as needed
  • Perform some aspects of human resources such as scheduling interviews and hiring new candidates, benefit administration, personal issues and maintain related confidential files.
  • Schedule appointments, office meetings as needed
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements via telephone and correspondence
  • Ensure the efficient operation of all office equipment, arrangements for routine and necessary maintenance as needed
  • Maintain the office supply inventory and order additional supplies as needed and preparing monthly detailed day to day records regarding any financial transaction
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Office management/Office administration is a huge plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solver
  • Punctual and reliable
