Job Description
- Receiving calls and assist clients to confirm/ change/ cancel bookings.
- Assisting with customers inquiries and concerns, like notifying about luggage limits/ visas/ passport requirements
- Collecting payments, checking duplication and maintaining records of transactions.
- Discussing the clients requirements and advising on suitable options
- Managing customer’s profile and using multiple search techniques and tools.
- Following company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer alternative solutions and fulfill the customer’s needs and expectations.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls consistently meeting and maintaining departments goal.
- Preparing and locating records and information to customers
