Job Description
- Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected the delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases.
- Update client’s records
- Assist clients in clarifying all needed data.
- Archive reservation forms –contracts and any correspondences with the clients and upload it to the CRM System
- Send newsletters to the clients to stay updated.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3 years of experience in the customer service field
- Presentable
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
