Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for overall management of an account team assigned to a specific plan, project or client. He/ She provides effective direction to ensure that AWstreams is properly managing client expectations.
Main Duties:
- Building client relationships at a strategic and operational level
- Reviews/ develops all creative brief and business objectives for the engagements in which they are involved to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met and exceeded
- Analyze market trends and new tools and techniques
- Develop digital marketing strategies for handled projects
- Plan and execute online campaigns and assist in the creative direction
- Daily follow up on campaign results and online leads generated
- Actively seek out opportunities to develop incremental business with key clients
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Digital Marketing background is a plus
