Job Description
- Review contract documents
- Inventory works for all different business items
- The work of progress bills and follow-up on them with the client and recording of exchange and registration of deductions and reasons for them.
- A monthly report explaining the progress of the business
- Project schedule
- Follow up the time program and provide the necessary reports such as cash flow
- Prepare reports of required works during each month and completion rates and compare them with the approved time program
- Project quality control
- Monitoring project purchases in relation to the quality of materials required for the project (Cost Control)
- Preparing the necessary documents, analyzing the prices and limiting quantities for the new items outside the scope of the contract
- Claims for the project within the legal period stated in the contract
- Prepare the necessary documents to raise fines for delays, if any
- Make recovery program if the project delays occur.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years experience in the field of technical office and project management
