Job Description
- Projects Engineer is responsible for providing professional Projects Support/Coordination, starting from Project Initiation to assignment completion.
- Close coordination with all projects stakeholders to maintain and sustain smooth cooperation between all departments in efficient & effective way for facilitating delivering business results.
- Make general and detailed time schedule.
- Co-ordinate between all departments to keep all projects on track.
- Assure that we can meet deadlines by checking material availability and current work capacity at the beginning of the project.
- Following up on project activities.
- Classify sub- contractors according to (specialization / certification / quality / prices).
- Provide updated installation price list to sales department.
- Handling technical queries/ information requests among departments.
- Supervise /organize the store.
- Manage and follow up payment terms / revisions / modifications.
- Submitting Weekly / Monthly reports showing work progress /
- Problems & solutions / pending issues to General Manager.
- Control & keep documents record.
- Handling claims.
- Making shop drawings and quantity surveying.
Job Requirements
- Architecture Engineering Bachelor Degree.
- 3-5 Years of experience in Technical Sales/Projects Sales Support background.
- Have clear understanding in Projects Cycle and Activities, in addition to Contracts Administration.
- Fluent English.
- New Cairo residence is preferred.
- Males only.
