Participate in FF&E and material selection and purchasing, in line with architectural and interior design concepts.
Create practical and realistic mood boards that include design and material selections.
Prepare FF&E datasheets, tender documents, and Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q.).
Bid out FF&E orders to multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to timelines.
Find and manage vendors for prototype construction.
Attend coordination meetings to address design matters and FF&E-related issues.
Ensure the quality of all aspects of the design process.
Review shop drawings and follow up on the manufacturing of FF&E items.
Communicate with consultants and vendors regarding FF&E and specifications, attending site meetings as necessary.
Update and maintain the FF&E library.
Select specifications and provide illustrations/samples for furniture, decorations, decorative light fittings, fabrics, trimmings, carpets, rugs, etc.
Create practical and realistic selections.
Prepare FF&E datasheets, including all necessary calculations.
Review 3D designs and provide recommendations.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
