Junior customer service representatives and interns are required.
A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provides services information and resolves any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, payments, and other queries.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet business targets and call handling quotas
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents via ticketing system
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
