Job Description
- Provide first & second level of support to his customers within the SLA of customers' calls by Troubleshooting onsite or remotely Samsung & Ricoh Photocopiers performance issues , any problems & Replace any defective parts in the customer products.
- Reporting the tasks and calls to his manager.
- Do preventive maintenance PM for the contracts (Hardware and/or Software).
- Open case with supplier response center for products problems in contracts & warranty and follow up.
- Inform customer and check pre - installation requirements & site preparations for new H/W Installations.
- Finally issue installation certificate. Get authorized customer signature & stamped to start the warranty period. Contract preparation by providing H/W, S/W items & serial numbers.
- Dealing with the Time & Material calls as per the priorities of the work permits.
- Issue customer quotations for spare parts & working hours.
- Improve & increase the qualification & job skills by continuously attending technical courses & studying the needed manuals and documents, which lead to achieve new certificates that affirm gaining of the required skills that ranks the team to the high.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- successful technical and field support experience
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
- History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
- Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
- Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
