Job Description

This vacancy is opened for two company branches : 5th settlement or Mohandseen

  • Ensure that all in-coming sales requests are handled efficiently and effectively in order to maximize Company sales profit.
  • Supervising on operations team to make sure sales requests are assigned to agents correctly, weekly reports are prepared on time in addition to monthly , quarterly , semi annual & annual reports
  • Handling all the CRM process starting from adding the sales requests with the assistance of the operations coordinator, assigning to agents, reassign, creating reports from the CRM data.
  • Creating Monthly & Quarter performance Reports to review sales agents performance.
  • Responsible for Contacting the developers for signing contracts , availability and units reservation
  • sending Client Information letter (CIL) Ex: Sodic, Palm Hills ,Hyde Park ,Mountain view ,Wadi Degla and more
  • Updating Properties Inventory on Monthly basis and distributing client data on sales team in order to prepare inventory list.
  • Monitoring & Making daily calls on sales team to make sure that sales meetings are accurate .
  • Preparing Transaction Closing report for CEO and Accounting department.
  • Scheduling Orientations & meetings with the developers to give the agents full info about the projects.
  • Regularly monitor levels of customer Satisfaction through the CRM & in all areas according to company standards.
  • Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
  • Ensure regular communication/meetings to strengthen operational effectiveness.
  • Developing a tool for allocating inventory list in effective way for sales team
  • Developing archiving system for all clients data & projects list
  • Responsible for handling Property finder account through adding apartment lists on it and follow upcoming leads
  • Following up, coordinating and handling the contracts process of the development companies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • 1-2 years in real estate operations in brokerage companies
  • Very good command of English language
  • Excellent user in Microsoft office ( word- PowerPoint – Excel )
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Task oriented
  • Problem solving skills
