Job Description
- Coordinate recruiting activities with both internal & external recruiters. This responsibility includes but is not limited to creating posting, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, checking references/backgrounds and keep recruitment records updated.
- Assist in preliminary interviews with potential candidates
- Facilitate on-boarding activities for new hires to ensure their onboarding experience is professional. This will involve scheduling onboarding activities, collecting new hire documents, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Maintain, organize and update confidential employee files and records.
- Be point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, procedures, and other HR related matters.
- May be requested to assist in other HR functions as support for the HR team
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of HR work experience in HR.
- Experience in recruitment a plus
- English language excellent
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (written & verbal in both Arabic & English)
- Excellent flexibility, collaboration and team-player skills.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Integrity and professionalism
- Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
- 6th of October resident is preferable
