Job Description
- Create the clients' projects phases and tasks breakdown.
- Ensure all tickets are properly logged/ created on the CRM Application.
- Gather business needs from the client.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Use CRM application to log the following troubleshooting steps/ essential information in order to calculate the consumed billable time or non-billable time in handling the ticket.s
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English is a must.
- BSc degree of computer science or any relevant certificate or diploma in software.
- Able to work on fixed night shifts
