Job Description

  • Respond to and resolve service problems that clients are experiencing.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: email, phone, etc.
  • Identify and assess clients needs through active listening to achieve satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to solve client issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • B2/C1 Italian Level  -  B1 English level
  • Customer service background is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills, multi-tasking.
  • Friendly behavior.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts and can cope with the fast-paced work environment.
