Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for different key work areas.
- Operating & processing customer's orders.
- Replying "online & on the phone" customer's inquires.
- Receiving & sending professional business emails to Our Business partners .
- Operating & managing outstanding & collected shipping waybills and ensuring order delivery to all customers on a timely manner.
- Preparing customer's invoices.
- Handel customer issues and ensure delivery of superior customer service.
