Job Description

  • The Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for sales with existing and new clients in the specified geographic territory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as primary sales representative dealing directly with current and potential new clients; as well as business partners.
  • Annual Sales Plans and Execution: Own executive follow-up on the implementation of country and distributor sales plans with market leadership, including sales, budget tracking, forecasting, ordering, pricing, milestones, initiative execution, key won/lost accounts or any agreed KPIs.
  • VARs: Own VAR performance, compliance and interface with the company and ensure that our VARs maximize growth potential.
  • Engages the client at a detailed level to gain an understanding of the business issues and objectives are driving the client’s needs Identifies the need for and engages the appropriate vendor or partner personnel with the proper skill set to assist the solution and technology definition as required by the customer’s opportunity.

Job Requirements

  • University degree - Management or IT preferred.
  • Knowledge of and relationships with major alliance partners (System Integrator) is required; at the specific geographic territory.
  • 3+ years of Information Technology Solutions Sales Experience Prior experience with Cisco technologies is a plus.
  • Sales/business development experience and a track record of identifying and closing opportunities within a Unified Communications / Mobility/hospitality / IT environment.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate / influence. A team player who can engage and work with other team members.
  • Solid communications skills with the ability to speak and present in front of groups of people.
