About Us:

  • Hi, we are Breadfast! We deliver fresh bakeries to customers’ doorsteps every morning.
  • We accept orders every day until 10 pm, bake overnight, and start delivering fresh bakeries as early as 5 am.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers phone calls, WhatsApp and email messages
  • Handle web-administration related tasks.
  • Review customer online sessions and provide feedback in case a customer faced a trouble on the spot.

About You:

  • Breadfast is looking for bright, articulate, detail-oriented Customer Care Associates who are motivated to help Breadfast exceed its customers’ expectations.
  • As a customer-centric company, the Customer Care Associate is a critical part of Breadfast team and its mission to deliver timely and professional customer experience to all of its customers.
  • This important position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in issues related to their orders or digital experience and correcting post-ordering problems.
  • Associates communicate with customers primarily via telephone, email and through Breadfast website beside other third-party tools.
  • A successful Associate will have the following skills:

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers.
  • Excellent documentation skills — documenting interactions with customers into Breadfast CRM system.
  • Good comprehension skills — ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
  • Good composition skills — ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable conflict resolution and negotiating skills
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Problem Solving Skills:

  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to approach problems logically
  • Strong time management skills
  • Action oriented and self-disciplined
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards for time spent

Work Type:

  • Shift-based: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
