Job Description
- Coordinate with the Export sales Department in order to scheduling orders shipping.
- Coordinate with the shipping lines with respect to the Shipping Prices & select the best service at the lowest price.
- Reservation & Scheduling shipping based on required arrival dates for export orders.
- Coordinate with customs department & opening custom certificates for shipments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse department & Arranges warehousing and transportation of products to customers.
- Receive, Review shipping invoices, financial statement & approve for payment to financial department.
Job Requirements
- Purchasing; negotiating prices, and terms and conditions.
- Develop purchasing strategy.
- Familiar with international shipping,
