Job Description
Business Square office space is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager who will:
- Manage and oversee all financial operations for all branches, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team, manage budgets, support strategic financial planning, and play a key role in decision-making processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Manages all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely manner.
• Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produce financial reports and forecasts.
• Coordinates and completes annual audits.
• Ensures compliance with all internal policies and external regulations (taxes, financial reporting standards, etc.).
• Develops and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Leads and mentors the accounting team, ensuring professional growth and performance standards are met.
• Supports budget and forecasting activities.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate financial planning and decision support.
• Provides recommendations to management for process improvements and cost savings.
Job Requirements
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial position.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Solid experience with accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English
- Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the office space, real estate, or service industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with ZOHO systems is an advantage.
