General Summary
- Eduniverse is looking for an outstanding A Business development executive to be responsible for improving the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth, by transferring services and solutions technical knowledge to customers.
- You will also follow organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.We prefer a proven Customer Support experience.
Core Functions
- Determining a client's business requirements.
- Identifying and acquiring new sales leads
- Conducting a marketing strategy to promote our services in Egypt and foreign countries.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Details of Functions
- Set meetings with clients to attend to their technical needs and requests.
- Provide clients with suitable technical services and solutions that address their requirements.
- Main contact for clients in term of inquiries.
- First in line at providing clients with technical support.
- Follow up with clients, and maintain good long-term relationships.
- Acquiring new clients by cold-calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Receives Tenders and finds technical specifications to develop into a technical and financial offer.
- Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Attending industry events
- Developing effective sales plans using the suitable sales methodology
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in computer science field is preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of related experience in IT/Software sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- Candidates MUST have experience in a Sales position.
- Presentable
- High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic
- Ability to handle difficult situations
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent research skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
