Job Description
- Provide Secretarial and Administrative support to MD
- Type Variety of documents, many highly confidential
- Greeting visitors, answer phone calls and take messages for MD
- Prepare reports, memos letters and other documents
- Maintain MDs Calendar, schedule meetings, etc
- May compile and prepare various reports for MD use
- Ability to translate from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic
- Performs other Jobs related duties and tasks
- Act as coordinator between branches
Job Requirements
- Have a Bsc. degree in any related filed
- Professional in using MS office
- Highly communications and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confidentially
- Analytical approach in problems solving
- Spoken & written fluency in both Arabic & English
