Job Description

  • Provide Secretarial and Administrative support to MD
  • Type Variety of documents, many highly confidential
  • Greeting visitors, answer phone calls and take messages for MD
  • Prepare reports, memos letters and other documents
  • Maintain MDs Calendar, schedule meetings, etc
  • May compile and prepare various reports for MD use
  • Ability to translate from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic
  • Performs other Jobs related duties and tasks
  • Act as coordinator between branches

Job Requirements

  • Have a Bsc. degree in any related filed
  • Professional in using MS office
  • Highly communications and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confidentially
  • Analytical approach in problems solving
  • Spoken & written fluency in both Arabic & English
