CADCAMCIM’s Human Resources Specialist should be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company’s policies and managing procedures. We expect applicants to have a solid knowledge of various HR functions and administrative responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary scales;
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly;
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization;
- Implementing training and development plans;
- Managing the monthly attendance, vacations and excuses;
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation;
- Administering health insurance programs;
- Reviewing compensation and benefits packages;
- Processing paperwork;
- Attending job fairs;

- Familiarity with full cycle of recruiting;
- Solid understanding of labor legislation;

Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field;
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
