Job Description
• You are responsible for the planning phase until the start-up operation and all tasks around the sourcing and installation of the technical equipment for the manufacturing.
• you will create all project relevant frameworks, including the compliance of the current timescale and costs according to the business case.
• You coordinate the cooperation with authorities, suppliers and departments in Germany and Thailand.
• you are responsible for staff planning and recruiting process.
• monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
• responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
Job Requirements
• University degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing projects.
• Experience in factory planning or production relocation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in project management.
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational skills
• fluent English (spoken and written)
