Main Duties:
- Organize and coordinate all office operations and standard procedures
- Schedule in and out of office meetings and appointments
- Address and document any queries made by other staff members, clients or suppliers via email, phone or during face to face meetings
- Liaise with staff members, service providers, and clients
- Manage contracts and quotations with clients and suppliers
- Ensure that all issued invoices are paid for in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Should have very good English both spoken and written
- Candidate should be good with Microsoft Office Programs
- Should be good with internet search and finding information online
