Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Organize and coordinate all office operations and standard procedures
  • Schedule in and out of office meetings and appointments
  • Address and document any queries made by other staff members, clients or suppliers via email, phone or during face to face meetings
  • Liaise with staff members, service providers, and clients
  • Manage contracts and quotations with clients and suppliers
  • Ensure that all issued invoices are paid for in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Should have very good English both spoken and written
  • Candidate should be good with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Should be good with internet search and finding information online
  • Candidate should have good social skills
