Job Description
- Developing an understanding of the market, identifying opportunities and engaging with prospects via phone, email, and other communication
- Following through on all commitments to customers ensuring a successful internal transition throughout the customer engagement process.
- Executing a strategic, efficient and high touch, achieve his work via phone, email and social media platforms that meet/ exceed set targets and expectations.
- Setting up meetings with potential customers to provide demonstrations and learn about their needs as a business.
- Following up in a timely manner with chance to progress conversion to completion and handle objections they may have.
- Collating and providing information and reports as required.
- Handle customer complaints and then identify and resolve client concerns.
- The systematic development of potential new customers to increase the chances on the market.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales preferred in software house (medical software is a plus).
- Age less than 30 years.
- Flexible working hours.
- English fluency is a must.
- Presentation organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and respond under pressure.
