Job Description

  • Build sales planning framework with a purpose to achieve best planning results.
  • Carry out yearly sales planning –business plan (set company’s sales financial and strategic goals, define priorities, strategies, target sectors, deadlines), involving sales teams in the planning process.
  • Ensure sales plan implementation throughout the year – track, push and motivate sales team and report the progress to the management.
  • Lead strategic cooperation with other departments.
  • Regularly Report the status in defined periods of time.
  • Develop and apply needed training materials related to the sales team work.
  • Review, evaluate and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
  • Track and analyze leads.
  • Ensure sales teams are carrying out sales process within defined quality procedures.
  • Set and periodically review career goals with each sales team.
  • Generate strategic leads and perform complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling software applications like mobile applications web sites and digital marketing.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales.
  • Advanced selling skills
  • High inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
  • Ability to live in Kuwait.
