Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day social media activities, with a high degree of autonomy over execution.
- Manage the planning and execution of company’s social media strategy, meeting Marketing and Sales business goal.
- Manage the social media editorial calendar across every platform Work closely with an internal creative agency to develop custom creative for social platforms.
- Be a proactive community manager both internally and externally Actively participate in planning and execution of all big-ticket marketing campaigns, especially their social components.
- Manage our customers' pages and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales Creative Designs and etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate action.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Job Requirements
- Required Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of brand social media marketing experience, experience from media/digital agency would be a big plus
- Native or professional business-level English, with strong communication and writing skills
- Business understanding of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with a proven ability to build communities on these platforms
- Proven track record of creative work, and a data-driven mindset
