- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
- Mobile VPN line.
- Social and Medical insurance.
- Now work with a salary 3300 .
- Rotational shifts and weekends
- 5 working days (Rotational)
- First shift starts : 9 am
- Last shift ends : 8 pm
- Work Location: Maadi
