Job Description

  •  Responsible for Inbound calls and Outbound calls 
  •  Follow up with customers 
  •  Keep management informed on issues and problems
  •  Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
  •  Maintain customer satisfaction level by calling them according to the scheduled action plan 
  •   Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
  • · Respond promptly to customer inquiries. 
  • · Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 
  • · Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. 
  • · Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. 
  • · Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 
  • · Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 
  • · Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 
  • · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required

. Experience from 03 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate sector.

. Real Estate background is preferred.

. English Fluency.

· Able to handle customer issues through phone calls.

· Able to maintain customer satisfaction through phone calls.

· Excellent in Microsoft Office.

· Sending daily reports especially performance monitoring reports.
