Job Description
- Responsible for Inbound calls and Outbound calls
- Follow up with customers
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
- Maintain customer satisfaction level by calling them according to the scheduled action plan
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- · Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- · Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- · Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- · Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- · Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- · Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

- · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required
. Experience from 03 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate sector.
. Real Estate background is preferred.
. English Fluency.
· Able to handle customer issues through phone calls.
· Able to maintain customer satisfaction through phone calls.
· Excellent in Microsoft Office.
· Sending daily reports especially performance monitoring reports.
