Job Description
Our company, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Project Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic direction and operations, contributing to business growth in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Overall management, strategic planning, and operational oversight of all office activities in Egypt
- Organization of stevedoring works and transportation services on the El Dabaa NPP construction project, client interaction, partner collaboration, and ensuring high service levels
- Development and implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing logistic processes and enhancing efficiency
- Monitoring financial performance and budget control
Job Requirements
- Practical experience in logistics with minimum 5 years’ tenure, including at least 3 years in leadership positions
- Knowledge of international logistics standards and procedures
- Fluency in English and Russian languages
- Higher education in logistics, economics or related fields
- Experience working in multicultural environments and ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams
