Job Description
Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Is responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
Capable of customization in the modules according to the business needs
Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
Coordinating & testing Integration with other applications
Work effectively with other support teams and help the Desk team to resolve customer issues regarding fast response, reliability and availability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years’ Experience preferably in the retail business /supply chain/ Finance,
Supply chain and Retail modules’ practical knowledge is a must
As an ERP Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing , configuring, testing, training and Maintaining ERP systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance and operation
At least participated in a full implementation of D365 / migration scenario from AX2012 to Dynamics 365
