Job Description

  • Coordinate the BD team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of Marketing/sales-related material.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of all material or events.
  • Entering and updating data on CRM

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions from 1-3 years.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English (writing, reading)
  • Well-organized
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
