Job Description
- Prepare & monitor department plan & budget to ensure achieving the targeted objectives.
- Plan and direct brand management policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products offered by Alba and its competitors, and identify potential customers.
- Formulate & direct and coordinate brand management and marketing activities & policies to promote products through working alongside with commercial manager.
- Carry out market research and segmentation in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Develop product and pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing Alba profits / share of the market while ensuring Alba customers are satisfied
- Analysis of sales forecasts and market sales share, success of marketing campaigns and creating reports through evaluating the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research & development appropriations in addition to the return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Revise the daily and cumulative sales report to compare it with the actual sales in the budget to take corrective actions.
- Revising the customer service report & coordination with the regional sales manager concerning the frequent complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop the prospecting & customer database revising the achieved compared to the planned objectives.
- Develop frequent reports regarding the achievement and obstacles to be submitted to GM.

Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 7 - 10 years' experience in the field of cosmeceuticals of which at least 2 years are in as a business unit manager, brand or line manager
- Professional marketing and selling skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Excellent organization and follow up skills.
- Excellent negotiation, planning, problem solving, Communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent User of MS office.
- Excellent command of English language.
