Job Description
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Making job adds through Social Media and other Sources.
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and labor laws.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
- Finding opportunities to attract new accounts to the company.
- Meeting with the companies interesting in dealing with our HR services.
Job Requirements
- Males & Females Can apply.
- Bachelor Degree is a Must.
- Determined Military status for Males
- Max.age 28.
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in Recruitment Field.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Heliopolis or Nasr City Resident is Preferable.
