Helping Corporate clients to issue, reissue revalidate or refund tickets.
Helping clients plan their trips.
Answering all questions and various inquiries raised by customers.
Selling tickets to customers, calculating expenses, and confirming reservations.
Rebooking tickets if the customer decides to change the trip schedule, and additional fees will be imposed for the modification or cancellation process.
Providing excellent customer service regarding flight schedules, prices, etc.
Issuing tickets and informing customers of the correct price offers.
Arranging reservations and directing customers.
Determine the seats in which passengers sit.
Informing customers of any delay or cancellation of flights when emergency circumstances occur, such as bad weather conditions, etc.
Booking, issuing, amending and reissuing (travel tickets).
Support customers and provide solutions and advice.
