Job Description

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Prechecking and ensuring new Salesforce releases update compatibility with the current running systems process.
  • Providing user training and support.
  • Providing all the admin support which needed for any upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems.
  • Administrating Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Maintaining and supporting in building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Administrating and Performing database maintenance tasks, including all backup activities.
  • Managing API versions and updating API codes.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 1 to 4 years of experience
  • Administrate and maintain Salesforce systems.
  • Perform Salesforce upgrades 
  • Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
