- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Prechecking and ensuring new Salesforce releases update compatibility with the current running systems process.
- Providing user training and support.
- Providing all the admin support which needed for any upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems.
- Administrating Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintaining and supporting in building custom reports and dashboards.
- Administrating and Performing database maintenance tasks, including all backup activities.
- Managing API versions and updating API codes.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 1 to 4 years of experience
- Administrate and maintain Salesforce systems.
- Perform Salesforce upgrades
- Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
