- Act as a front-line interface with US customers
- Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries
- Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers.
- Solve customer concerns.

Working conditions:
- 2 Days off per week
- Rotational shifts.
