Job Description
- Provide sound technical expertise when applying engineering principles, techniques and methods to design of projects that related to interior designs only.
- Coordinate and assist the line manager to develop and continuously improve the design review process and to maintain quality.
- Review and extracts engineering information from CAD Drawings & 3ds MAX
- Prepare engineering designs computations, and review final design drawings/documents.
- Establish the design requirements of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverable for adherence to these criteria.
- Carry out technical review for all civil and structural work and other structures, including Independent Design Checks.
- Assure design is in conformance with time, cost, schedule and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate the work of the project team with other engineering disciplines through liaison with other professionals.
- Prepare and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
- Review designs prepared by others as part of a Quality Management process.
- Study the project contract documents (schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Review design changes, proposals, and variation orders.
- Brief and provides technical and management guidance to the technical engineers throughout the detailed design and construction phases.
- Monitor the progress of all design phases submissions against the agreed time schedules.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various engineering disciplines.
- Participate in defining and implementing corrective actions where deficiencies are detected.
- Provide interior design mode board and concept and deliver it with high-end rendering
Job Requirements
- Education: Engineering bachelor’s degree “ AUC, GUC,BUE or MIU”
- Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must.
- Related function experience: 6+ years’ experience.
- Related position experience: 2 years’ experience.
