Job Description
- Make cold calling, outbound email campaigns and social media outreach to generate leads and initiate conversations.
- Qualify leads by actively identifying potential sales opportunities and listening to customer needs to understand customer requirements and determine fit for our products and services.
- Present the features and benefits of our golf carts and aftersales services, accessories with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns professionally, and provide persuasive responses to alleviate doubts and build confidence in our products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure all relevant information is documented.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers to nurture relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
- Support CRM team Via Inbound calls & outbound calls to improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
