Job Description

  • Make cold calling, outbound email campaigns and social media outreach to generate leads and initiate conversations.
  • Qualify leads by actively identifying potential sales opportunities and listening to customer needs to understand customer requirements and determine fit for our products and services.
  • Present the features and benefits of our golf carts and aftersales services, accessories with enthusiasm and knowledge.
  • Overcome objections and address customer concerns professionally, and provide persuasive responses to alleviate doubts and build confidence in our products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure all relevant information is documented.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers to nurture relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
  • Support CRM team Via Inbound calls & outbound calls to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems.
