Job Description
As our business in New Cairo is growing, we are looking for an e-Commerce Products Specialist to support us in improving one of our key projects giving his/her relevant expertise in sales, retention and customer support.
Role Responsibilities:
- To be the “brain” behind our project; to have product vision and desire to develop and improve product performance
- To be directly involved in sales with the aim of increasing them
- To create and manage knowledge base and customer behavior analysis
- To provide back-office support
- To manage incoming customer data and provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests
- To manage and fulfill service requests from customers and other departments
- To manage multiple tasks simultaneously without supervision
Job Requirements
- High level of English
- Experience in the product owning sphere – creating, improving and managing the product vision and development
- Excellent client’s relationship management and negotiation skills, combined with analytical mind and “can do” attitude
- Excellent understanding of the business and readiness to learn on a daily basis
- Resilient and able to handle dynamic and ever-changing business environment
- Able to understand customer’s needs and search for win-win solutions
- Experience in multicultural environment combined with excellent communication skills
