Architects 7-10 years of experience

 Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ fine arts
- Residential and commercial experience background
-Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs and coordination with MEP
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Time management and project skills required to undertake multiple projects

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.
* Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
* Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
* Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
* Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
* Responsible for the procurement plan.
* Responsible for site daily operations.
* Performs Daily& weekly and monthly reports.
* Provide architectural solutions.
* Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Coordinating the different finishing site activities in the project
* Managing site to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
* Doing quality control checks for site works on a periodic basis.
* Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
